Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across select regions in India, and we’re steadily expanding. If we don’t serve your area yet, please contact us — we may be able to make an exception or guide you to the nearest stockist.

Delivery Timelines

  • Urban & Metro Areas: Typically 3–5 business days
  • Rural & Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
  • Subscription Plans: Delivered monthly based on your chosen cycle

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees may vary based on location, order size, and plan type. Applicable charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Packaging

Our bottles are carefully packed using protective, eco-conscious materials. Every parcel is handled with the intention to arrive safely, intact, and in alignment with our values.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Eligible Situations

You may request a refund or replacement if your order:

  • Arrives damaged or leaking
  • Contains the wrong item or quantity
  • Has missing products from the box

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond with care and clarity.

What’s Not Covered

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or consumed bottles
  • Delays due to courier network constraints
  • Change-of-mind after purchase
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of receipt

     

Replacements

If your request qualifies, we’ll ship a free replacement within 7 working days. If the original product is unavailable, we’ll offer a full refund or store credit — based on your preference.

Refund Timelines

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval and issued via your original method of payment. We will notify you once it’s complete.
